Meet
as the reunion committee with you’re

select date and location, menu and bar arrangements.
Upon
signing your An

agreement,

sends reunion information to your high school, sends announcements to local
newspapers, local cable stations and web sites (ongoing).
5 to 7
months before reunion

Event with Class
searches for
all "missing alumni" to ensure everyone receives an invitation to your
reunion (ongoing).

˝ months before reunion
Meet
as a reunion committee with your An Event with
Class
Director to
plan activities at your reunion, confirm Friday & Sunday night functions (if
any are being planned), review alumni
search status, and approve 1st invitation for mailing.

months before reunion
An
Event with Class
mails
"Save the Date" postcards with reunion information to your class members.
2
months before reunion
An
Event with Class
sends a detailed reunion invitation to alumni who have not
responded.
Reunion
Night
An Event with
Class
Director is on staff to trouble shoot any problems that may arise the
evening of your reunion so you and your committee can have fun, fun, fun!
An Event
with Class decorates and staffs your reunion.
